Free Video Inspection
We start every job with a thorough video camera inspection of your entire duct system. You'll see exactly what's inside your ducts on a monitor, and we'll provide an honest assessment. If your ducts don't need cleaning, we'll tell you — no charge, no pressure.
Home Protection Setup
Before any work begins, we lay down protective coverings on your floors, furniture, and belongings. We seal off each register with specialized covers to prevent debris from entering your living space during the cleaning process.
HEPA-Vacuum & Rotary Brush Cleaning
Using our truck-mounted HEPA vacuum system (which creates 15,000 CFM of suction) combined with rotating brush agitation, we thoroughly clean every supply duct, return duct, main trunk line, and branch line in your system.
Sanitization & Treatment
After cleaning, we apply EPA-approved antimicrobial treatment to eliminate any remaining bacteria, mold spores, or odor-causing organisms. This step is especially important in Boston's humid climate where mold can quickly return.
Post-Cleaning Verification
We perform a final video inspection to verify the cleaning was thorough and complete. You'll receive before/after photos, a written report of our findings, and recommendations for maintaining clean ducts going forward.
